On Thursday, I shared with you the secret of how you can get Sienna Miller's golden highlights at home based on the look she wore earlier this month at the 2010 Costume Institute Gala. Earlier this year, Sienna's hair was colored with an ombré effect, with the lightest shades of blond cascading down to the ends. And most recently, the British actress was spotted in London with Jude Law debuting a newly lowlighted style with bangs. Sienna's always on top of the hottest trends, but do you think her latest look is perfectly of-the-moment — or not?

I like Sienna's hair and Jen and Blake's hair look great always. The Beachy, not too polished look is a great everyday look if you're out and about just having a fun day shopping or going to the beach. Yes, I said it. And vacationing as well, or just in general. It's acceptable in many offices. I know, believe me, been there, done that. People who have common sense know what's off the top ridiculous and unacceptable in an office/professional career atmosphere, otherwise, why not have the natural curl and not so precise hair? This is applying to the hairstyles you were mentioning with Sienna and the bit longer ones. The hair sprayed look is so '80's and out, out, out. The natural, wavy, long, if you're wearing it that way is great. The only careers that have precise looks, which are just as flattering if done with a great stylist, is probably a lawyer, anything legal in front of a judge, pretty much anything having to do with politics where you will be seen meeting dignitaries. Power brokers, anything that is more of a serious nature. But you see even in banks here that people are doing business casual and I've seen dreads on people as well. It's pretty much anything goes as long as you look presentable. You get the picture. Most places of employment in offices now require business casual and I agree to that 100% because I despise wearing nylons in the summer. or in general. They are so hot!! I'm in the desert and you can just imagine. Tights look great with boots, etc. and are great with dresses in the fall/winter seasons. Nylons are pretty much going out altogether. They don't look natural. If you're wearing a dress, you just have to make sure your legs are in good shape and the skirt isn't too high. Make sure you're legs are not super white as well. I made that mistake. It was NOT good. That looks awful. I won't touch those awful tanning beds, but if there's no sun, they have those booths you can use to tan with lotions. They're everywhere and better. I just hate the smell. That's something they need to work on. Plus they have lotions you can buy at any drugstore that gives you a nice polished look and color.

Ugh, that ombre look is just awful. It's just looks like she hasn't touched up her roots!

I actually think she is one of the only people who pulls off beach hair without looking like she doesn't comb or wash her hair (I'm talking to you Jennifer Aniston and Blake Lively). That being said; I think these are terrible pictures that really don't show the looks very well. The second one looks nice; even though I can't be sure...
