It appears actress and musician Taylor Momsen loves black eyeliner — a lot. Yesterday, at a signing for fans in London, The Pretty Reckless lead singer sported this extremely heavy-on-the-black eyeliner makeup look. She definitely has the angsty teenager thing down, but is this deluge of dark liner working for her? Or do you think it's absolutely perfect for the tough gal look she's trying to convey?

angsty indeed. I honestly wish she'd try to go for makeup looks that were more suitable for someone her age. too many of these hollywood teenagers try too hard to look mature

It look's okay on her, but this time she over did it on the lower eyelid and a bit on top (which she came out of the lid). She did look perfectly beautiful with just a bit on the top lid and the lower. But now she look's a bit like someone hit her in the eye. Disappointed : /

I hate how desperately she tries to be Courtney Love, it takes years of dedication and addiction to heroin and other substances to get that look. I just wish Taylor Momsen would gtfo.

I love thick, dark, black eyeliner. However this is just way over the top. She should have used black liquid liner on top and bottom and a glitzy black eyeshadow that was applied wet. Would have given the same 'edge desired results' without looking like a clown. It just looks like her eyeliner is running, which is *never* a good look.

The problem is the lower line that makes she looks like a racoon. The lids are fine, even though Avril Lavigne has done it before

Yeah, she actually has a pretty good voice. I wasn't expecting that, especially because she's young, but I could see her having more of a music career than an acting career. Seems like that's where she's most comfortable (and angsty).

The eyelid isn't bad, but she always wears far too much below her eye. She would look great if she toned it down just a little bit with the lower eyeliner. That being said, the girl has some awesome rocking tunes, so she a free pass by me to do whatever she wants to her eyes. :)
