I have to confess that I've always had a bit of a girl crush on Alice Cullen's bobbed and flippy hairstyle in Twilight. Ashley Greene, however, the actress who plays the stylish, friendly vampire in the series, has been sporting a longer, less feathered layered bob in real life, and she sure has the chic look down pat. However, now that Eclipse is pretty much wrapping up, the actress is back to her long roots, as she debuted new extensions at the U2 concert in Pasadena yesterday, courtesy of Parlour on 3rd's Essly Powell, who worked with Ashley for nine hours to achieve this new look. Obviously we've seen Ashley in extensions before at the 2009 VMAs, but now it looks like they're here to stay. What do you think of this look? Were you loving her layered bob, or is the longer length a welcome change?

It works but I think the shorter hair was more fun and youthful
1I pretty much almost always prefer longer hair on every woman. I just think it adds a bit of glamour whether you're in sweatpants and no makeup, or totally dressed up and put together.

3well short works better but hay it;s not my hair so who am i to dictate it, plus i know how it feels to wont to change your hair( it get's so bouring so quick )and no one won'ts you to and keeps telling you would look sh*t with it!!! 4I prefer the shorter do. The second one is too generic, 9 out of 10 women in hollywood have the same hairstyle! Plus, I generally don't like extensions (even though hers actually look good...).

10i think the shorter cut if more flattering and brings out her bone structure. long vs. short aside, those extensions are too dark for her hair and way too curly, that they don't fit with the rest of her hair.

13I like the long new tresses... mostly because I am missing my long hair! I can't wait for it to grow out again so I can do some fun styles again. Right now I basically straighten it and that's about it

17Um... the extensions look about one shade too dark so all I'm seeing is the short hair and then this piece at the bottom. I like the short hair best anyway.

19nine hours!? i suppose it would be way worth it if they looked great, but they look a little fake to me. I love her short hair and i think i would also like the longer if i could get past the fake extensions
