To win, players have to locate blemishes on a cartoon face, then "squeeze" them as pus comes out. Technique matters in destroying these blackheads, whiteheads, and pustules; each one requires different hand motions. It may be gross, but it's not unpopular: the game has been downloaded more than 2 million times.
