Nice color! I've been purple and blue. I only did 8 foils in the front. The color i SWEAR by is the Vivids line by Pravana. You dont even have to lighten with blonde before putting the color on, and it loves your hair long time! :)

I dyed the under-side of my hair bright pink (so no one would see it when I wore my hair down). I miss it so much, but the bleaching completely damaged my hair and the pink would fade so fast. :(

I would love a few pink hair color recomdations listed, as well as for the other colors Bella. I've never dyed my hair a "crazy color" but I'm considering it now. I'm going to look through these slides...thanx :)

I've always wanted pink hair! I dyed my hair red once since I couldn't find any pink. There's just something about pink hair I love. I'm more into light pink.

Nice Danergirlnga. I am actually hoping to get started with my own business soon. I need to be absolutely certain that my hair won't be something that keeps people from taking me seriously. Before/while I get it off the ground office work won't hurt my resume at all. Kind of bites that I am currently STILL searching a job. I won't care once my business is off the floor what color I opt my hair to be.

I always wanted to color my hair that lovely shade of red in slide one, but I am not sure if it would go with my skin town. I have always wanted to be a red head since elementary school. :-(

I used Jerome Russell Punky Color Semipermanent in Plum. To get it a bit darker, you don't have to bleach it right out to banana-yellow before coloring. A yellow-gold is fine. Here's a link to the product - http://www.punky.com/punkycream.html I've also used the violet, but imo it has too much blue and fades out weird. My profile picture shows what it looks like outdoors. My hair is darker now but it still gives a good idea of what kind of result to expect.

My hair is black too Sasseefrass. Since there are different shades of purple hair dye what exactly did you use? If it looks good enough for work, I'm totally on it.

I've got black hair with purple sliced in the underlayers. The purple is dark enough that it doesn't scream 'crazy hair' indoors (ie. at work) but looks amazing in the sunlight. Totally catches people off guard. I think there are two things people do that give coloring with bright colors a bad rep: 1. They don't choose colors that flatter them. 2. They don't maintain it properly. Bright colors are really high maintenance. They're semi-permanent and fade quickly so you have to touch it up often. Unless you're blond, you have to bleach before coloring so your hair is going to need some tlc. It's so awful to see someone with brassy orange showing up under their fading pink because they didn't bleach out enough before coloring it and didn't bother to maintain the color.

Wow, I'd never have the guts to dye all my hair pink. I do have a clip-in pink hair extension that I wear a lot, though. But I'm in high school, so it's not as... wild looking, I guess. I couldn't even have that if I an adult.

Wow, I could never pull these off. In these pictures, though, the women look absolutely gorgeous with such an unconventional color! I suppose I'll stick with boring brunette. :)

I seriously thought about having purple hair for almost a year. Sense says that that hair color will not help you find office work though. All the colors are really cute. I love magnificent magenta, it looks great.
