This is exactly how I'd expect to see Summer Roberts arrive at the Met Gala. Yes, I know this is actually Rachel Bilson, but I do feel like she's channeling her OC character here. I think it's mostly the hair, which has a distinctly casual/California vibe. But, it totally is amped up by the bold makeup and fabulous gown. This one wins in my book, how about you?
