Over the weekend at the German premiere for Morning Glory, Rachel McAdams went for a dramatic red carpet look, wearing a deep scarlet lipstick to complement her red frock, along with some warm tangerine blush to encircle her eyes. She paired the bold makeup palette with a similarly dramatic hairstyle: a bouncy French twist with voluminous curls on top. Rachel is known for her glamorous red carpet looks, such as the gorgeous blowout she donned for the US premiere of the flick, but do you think it worked this time around?

it's too dated and old-fashioned - it looks exactly like the hairstyles Meg Ryan or Renee Russo would have worn in the erly 90's...

It ages her. It's too strong of a look/color combo for her. Love her though!!!

I love it simply because it's different, for her. If I were her artist, I would have blotted the shine away from the lips or not used a gloss... and hardly any blush at all. I see that they went with a shading technique with several lipsticks or a lip liner. The eyeshadow is very warm, so I would have toned down the rest.

It's too literal of an interpretation of the 90s trends

The hair looks like pageant hair and the rest of her makeup just doesn't match. The eyeshadow is too orange and the lipstick is too deep of a red to go together. This just looks bad..
