Dec 29 2010 Men usually notice when women wear perfume that smells sweet or sexy, but it seems they love it when we wear fragrance that smells masculine. Pre-party a few nights ago, I spritzed on a little Paco Rabanne 1 Million ($53) and was amazed at the response. All night, male friends kept asking me what I was wearing and even wanting to see the bottle for themselves. One gentlemen told me I smelled like "sweet potatoes and all things good." It wasn't the most romantic compliment I've ever received, but it was definitely genuine. I'm not usually a fan of woody scents, but in Million's case the vanilla, lavender, and mint notes soften the fragrance, making it extremely wearable. Plus, you'll never lose the big, shiny gold bar atomizer it comes in (also great as a paperweight).
