Rosario Dawson is a perennial Bella favorite, and her Independent Spirit Awards look keeps our admiration going. Her glossy soft curls and sexy black eyeliner create a gorgeous mix of good-girl sweetness and bad-girl edge. (Doesn't hurt that her skin has a beautiful glow, either.)
