Ruffian Rules With a Must-See Manicure
by POPSUGAR Beauty 2
For their spring show, the Ruffian boys found an unpredictable muse: Susan Travers, the only woman to serve in the French Foreign Legion. And while the clothing featured a few masculine touches, the nail details were all lady: a '40s-inspired moon manicure adorned with the Ruffian logo. Manicurist Amanda Fontanarrosa created the look with a variety of CND polishes. First, she applied one coat of Putty, followed by a coat of Washed Down White. Tips and moons were carefully painted with Blackjack, and a top coat of Air Dry gave nails a glossy sheen. Feminine and strong at the same time? That's a look we'll gladly salute.
