Sandra Bullock knows the right way to incorporate color on the red carpet. The best actress nominee wore a navy-blue gown on the Oscars red carpet and also picked up the color for her eye makeup. She wore a touch of navy liner in the lower waterline. The rest of her makeup palette was nude, and her hair was pulled to one side with cascading curls. What do you think?
