Yay, it's finally happening. PopSugar showed us a first glimpse at some actual Sex and the City Movie set images. How excited are you? With such a vast variety of Carrie Bradshaw hairstyles to choose from, I am curious why they chose to make her hair so long, curly and unkempt. Do you like this new hairstyle on Carrie, or the older shorter and straighter style from Season One better?

Straight
i like it better straight, but i think the essence of Carrie Bradshaw is long, unmanageable, curly hair. quite symbolic maybe?
I can never make up my mind!
Sometimes she looks sooooo hawt with ehr curly unruly hair, but she usually does with her sleek hair too!!!
I'm undecided!
I miss that... having long & curly hair. Haha. But yes, I love it on "Carrie!"
As much as I like SJP's hair straight, Miss Carrie Bradshaw's look is iconic -- curly hair and Manolos. Does a girl really need anything else?
I like it curly and long, or when it starts straight and smooth and then waves at the end.
long and curly!
I love her hair curly, she is adorable.
It looks great on her either way
I think that the "Carrie" is long, curly, unkempt hair ... just like the "Rachel" it's her signature look.
Curly for sure. There is no better way to have Carrie Bradshaw's hair really. I really loved it at the end of season 6---the dark, curly do.
Curly is "signature Carrie", but I do like it straight.
long and curly i love!
L&C!!!
I prefer it long and curly for Carrie and straight on SJP. Does that make sense? The long and curly thing just fits Carrie better as a person ... character, you know.
I like the long and curly hair on her, and i have to agree with jennaboa it fits her personnality better as Carrie.
either way she looks great
I think the straight looks great on SJP. But the curly gets my vote.
Curly
Ghandi says "Zi zoo knot kare".
Definitely curly - it's such a beautiful and less common attribute; everyone has straight, medium length hair. But she stands out more with a long mane of soft curls.
she looks witchy in that first picture
Curly Carrie is the classic look. Anyone who is a true fan of the show knows that.
She's so Carrie when it's curly.
She has such a strong face, I think the curly hair softens and balances her look beautifully.
her classic look has always been curly!!!
I love her hair both ways but I think I actually like the long and curly the best. The way it was in season 2 of SATC.
Both, but straight slighty better.
I like both but I go for long and curly
any way is fine with me
I love her hair wild and curly. I liked it in Season 4 though when it was really long, probably extensions and straight when she was with Aidan. I love it curly though.
i love curly hair. i've always wanted it and am jealous of girls who have it so i have to go with long, curly for carrie.
Gorgeous and gorgeous! Both ways:)
the long and curly look is messy. i have seen much better curly looks
I like it either way but I like it better curly. She truly is "Carrie" when she has the curly hair.
I never liked her short hair cut, always was in love with her curly hair, just seem natural to me.
Definitely long and curly.
i love it curly and long on Carrie. it just suits her
she's so cute with both, but i like the straight a little bit better.
I love her hair long period..but straight & curly. Shes a versatile type of girl.
i have curly hair
and i support all
wild hair girls!!
its different
bring character
and its fun!
i vote curly
dah!
I think that, if these were on a no-name person, the straight hair would win. But Carrie? She's curly all the way.
either way she looks sweet or unmanageable
I love SJP but she has a very hard face. The long and curly look softens her considerably.
short and straight, definitely.
Long and Curly!
Oh, can I change my mind?
