Atlanta's Jazz Ison Sinkfield is one careful lady. For the last 22 years, she's been growing her nails, the longest of which is now 24 inches. She says she can't tie her shoes, type, or even remove her rings, but that she views her nails as a "divine gift, and a talent, too." Every month, she spends over $250 and five hours in the nail salon getting them done.
