Celebrity stylist Serge Normant, who counts stars like Sarah Jessica Parker and Julia Roberts among his clientele, is set to launch his own hair care line in December. The eight-piece set of products will include just the essentials, including: a sulfate-free shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo, and hairstyling products.
