Sharpie Nail Art: Here's How

0

Nail art doesn't have to be an intricate affair. You can use a colorful Sharpie marker to doodle on any kind of design you can think of. Just make sure your nails are painted and dry first, and that you avoid getting marker on your skin. I used a metallic gold pen to create a fun chevron print at the base of my nails. First, though, I polished my fingertips with Chanel Le Vernis in Fracas ($27) for a pop of vibrant pink. Once my nails were completely dry, I went back and drew on a small triangle shape with the gold marker. Next, I outlined the triangle shape with a single line to create the chevron detail. If you want to seal in your look with a top coat, wait a few minutes for the marker pigments to set, as they can easily be smudged with the top coat. What design will you draw on?
