Spring 2013 Hair and Makeup Trends

When Deborah Lippmann makes a prediction, we listen. And it seems she hit the nail on the head when she backed white nails for Spring. Go for the brightest alabaster or a chalky matte finish. White even acts as a great base coat for other shades.
