Stephanie Pratt picked flirting and lunch dates over work on this season of The Hills, so her fun-loving red carpet look is no surprise. Steph spruced up her signature platinum locks with subtle red highlights and accentuated her bright eyes with playful navy liner and smokey purple shadow. The breezy look is topped off with shiny pink gloss and a dewy face.

Im so tired of hearing about these overly-made-up ugly-without-a-stylist Hills girls. Or any other show about over privileged whiny rich girls. Why does anyone care??

she is SOO pretty, but i think she should have not put eye liner on the bottom, it would've looked alot better, none the less she is still a very cute girl!

Eeeeeeew! Usually I like bright colors but she needs to fire her makeup artist because this was not done well.

She looks like a mixture of her brother and his barbie-doll girlfriend. Horrible. If I were her, I'd change my haircut, color and wear only the most natural make-up to not look close to them.

for some reason, im the only person who loves this look.. i think her makeup makes her eyes the #1 focus and i think it was daring :) its fun

she needs to tone down the tan FAST.glow looks good,but she looks like she just came back from the gym.otherwise,lovely.

Gah! She looks like a girl Oompa Loompa! She would look so lovely if she just stepped away from the fake tan, put down the bronzer, scraped off the shimmer, and toned down the eyes just a little. This look is just... not flattering. :-(
