While makeup and hair was basic, the manicure was luxurious. Nail artist Casey Herman used Rococo's 24-karat Gold Leaf ($48) on bare nails. When using glitter and similar top coats, Herman recommends using the brush to scoop out the product and position it on the nail instead of using the traditional brushing technique.
