1It's a brush used to apply shaving cream to your body. I know tradionally guys tend to use them, and I've never heard of one for women! Though those ones are gorgeous... Oooh, sparkly!
2my dad still uses a brush & the shaving soap that comes in a round bar & goes in a cup. I like this idea! but I'm more of a slap-dash shaver & I don't think I could use this quickly. Altough, a brush & uber-creamy shave soap would leave my legs awfully smooth...hhmm...
