Taylor Swift Is Making the Mob (Mullet Lob) Happen

Not sure what to do with your lob and bangs when you're ready to grow them out? Taylor Swift has the answer. Just a month after gracing the cover of Vogue with a traditional wavy lob, Taylor has transitioned her blob (blond lob) to a mob (mullet lob)! She sported the style at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, where she took home the award for best lyrics.

This isn't the first time we've seen her wear a modern mullet haircut. The characteristics of this updated version of the popular throwback look have a more downtown feel thanks to tousled layers. And instead of featuring a short front and sides paired with a long mane in the back, the new mullet is a long-banged bob. That makes it perfect for ladies looking to grow out their fringes or midlength haircuts for Spring. Just take a nod from T, and spritz on the texturizing hairspray to make it more downtown LA babe than '80s prom queen.
