Three Custom Color Specialists: tour of their facilities

Here's the workspace where company co-founder Trae Bodge was mixing up a custom lipstick. The small plastic bag contains the original lipstick sample, which she refers to for color and texture.
Trae doesn't work with a computer to come up with these matches; she does it all by hand, using her eye and knowledge of the color wheel to create the formulations. I watched as she compared her custom color to the original lipstick, each time adding a pinch of this or that until they matched.
