Tia Mowry's New Short Haircut

Tia Mowry has been a member of the long-hair club the majority of her life, but last night the actress debuted a brand-new hairstyle: a Mia Farrow-esque crop. And her lacy dress and smoky eye combination gave her entire look a sultry, feminine touch. To get a similar style, draw the focus upward by lining the entire inner eye with black liner. Then, go back and apply a thick line around the lashes using a brush to smudge. Finish by sweeping a shimmering dusty purple shadow, like L'Oréal Infallible Eye Shadow in Smoldering Plum ($8), on the lid, concentrating most of the color on the outer edges. Top the look off with a simply pretty rose lip gloss.
