It seems like every season there is at least one show that notes Kate Moss as inspiration, but the beauty look at Tibi gets brownie points for the most spot-on interpretation. Smudgy eye makeup, full brows, and a mussy, kinked hairstyle brought the '90s aesthetic back to life. Colorfully matte nails and ombré extensions kept things current. We think Kate would be proud.
