Tilda Swinton's Oscars Look: Love It or Hate It?

I applaud Tilda Swinton for shying away from the conventional glammed-up Oscar look in favor of a virtually bare face. With her flawless skin she can get away with it, and her lack of eye makeup makes her green eyes glow. What do you think of this look for the Oscars? Does she pull it off?

I think she's cool looking! I admire that she doesn't buy into the uber-glamour of the Oscars, but I would have liked to see her hair down, and her dress was a little too prim and proper for my taste :-/

You people crack me up! If anyone tries something out of the ordinary, you all 'poo-poo' it and freak out because it's 'different'. If she was walking down a runway looking like this, you and the E Channel would be screaming 'how terribly chic'. Open your minds as well as your taste factors people - she looked incredible! Americans...I don't know...

The slicked back hair, no make-up are a great look...for the BEACH! For a black-tie awards affair -- and where you are a NOMINEE? I'm sorry, but, to me that's just sacrilege. It's like showing up in jeans and a t-shirt. Even notoriously glamor-eschewing Jodie Foster always looks gorgeously dressed and made-up at the Oscars. No excuse for this.

Well its her choice to go without makeup on.There are some women who choose to not wear makeup.But she is kind of creepy looking.

I understand she doesnt like makeup and stuff but she didnt have to put a whole bottle of moisturizer and too greasy foundation. It would of be nice otherwise. Although I prefer some color
