Trend Alert: Bold, Bright Eyeshadows

Nothing makes an outfit pop like a splash of color, and the designers showing at this year's fall Fashion Week in New York are taking that to the extreme. By using bright, exotic colors on the eyes, they're keeping the otherwise subtle, muted collections fresh and fun. Check out a rundown of the daring looks in my slideshow!

This model, Bruna, is by far my favorite this season. She's so gorgeous, and her nose isn't "perfect" — it's a little wonky, and it totally makes her face fascinating.

I would wear some toned-down versions of these looks as I tend to favour colour quite often anyway, but some of these looks were just not looking too hot at all.

love the color! monique l. though, was a bit heavy even for the runway. it looked messy.

Now this I love! And I love that the makeup artist was able to give the girl pink eyeshadow without making her look like she has pinkeye. That's tough.
