Trend Alert: Tender Tendrils at the Teen Choice Awards

It's nice to see that the stars arrived to the Teen Choice Awards without tons of makeup or crazy hair. Actually, they dressed appropriately for their young (and influential) audience. I especially like this flowy tendril look that Olesya Rulin, Emmy Rossum and Miley Cirus wore—it totally reminds me of prom! Who do you think looked looked the best in soft tendrils?

I'm sorry but Miley Cirus was not dressed appropriately for her age. When she ran up on stage I thought her boobs were going to pop out...she looked like a skank, to be quite honest.
