US Soldiers in Afghanistan Enjoy Eyebrow Shaping
Soldiers in Afghanistan Discover Threading, General Brow Grooming
by Miriam Lacey 4
Being on a tour of duty in northern Afghanistan seems like one of the least likely places to discover that you enjoy getting waxed, but apparently eyebrow grooming is increasingly popular among US soldiers stationed there. Although Afghan men don't generally groom their brows, the barbers on US bases often learn brow aesthetic techniques during their training and are happy to shape up the brows of infantrymen.
Although, it seems that the military isn't too fond of brow grooming, there are no hard and fast rules against it, and back on US soil, there are plenty of dudes separating their unibrows. Plus, when you're under that much stress, who wouldn't benefit from a little pampering?
