This Empowering Video Uses Makeup to Send a Strong Message

You may recognize makeup artist Jordan Hanz from her unbelievable Halloween beauty transformations. We're pretty sure this is her most impressive video yet. Instead of using makeup to create gory looks or a marble-inspired face, she's painting negative words and expressions across her body that are often used to describe women.

Using stop-motion technology, Jordan used makeup to make a powerful statement — that women are much more than the stereotypes used to define them. "Together we can overcome as the amazing women we are," she insisted.

This project was inspired by the outfits Blac Chyna and Amber Rose wore to the MTV VMAs, which the duo said was to fight against slut-shaming. Watch the moving video now, then join Jordan in her quest to challenge negative stereotypes of women on social media using the hashtag #UnattainableWoman.
