The latest celeb to hop on the bang bandwagon is Vanessa Hudgens. She was seen out and about yesterday with freshly cut, blunt fringe. Certain face shapes are flattered by this hairstyle (to see what works for you, check out my guide), but I think a wispier bang would balance her strong jawline better. It looks like she is wearing a wig. Also makes her faces look chunky and fat. She looks WAY better without them!

i like it for the fall or winter. its a bit heavy for a new spring look tho.i never do straight bangs in the summer. i usually do them a little wispier (is that a word?) and side-swept. like reese witherspoon at that award show when she wore that yellow dress. :)

This is EXACTLY what happened to me when I test-ran some bangs. My hair had the same texture & color, and my face also had her lack of forehead & roundness when she smiles. Nothing like looking like an overgrown elementary school kid.
