There's no denying that Vera Farmiga's blue eyes are her most mesmerizing feature, and at the Independent Spirit Awards on Friday, we saw her go for a heavily lined eye to highlight them. For the Oscars red carpet, she chose a lilac shadow paired with a raspberry lipstick. It's an effect that still creates that pop, but in a totally different way.
