What Is The One Beauty Treatment You Refuse To Pay For?

It's always interesting to me to hear how people spend their money. I would rather eat crackers and peanut butter for dinner then not be able to afford a professional bikini wax. Other people spend all of their savings on designer highlights, yet they can't stomach the thought of spending $25 on an eyebrow shaping. So tell me, what are the kinds of corners you cut in your beauty routine to save money for your must-have indulgences?

What happened to none of the above? They are all great and worth the money! Spend $10 dollars a day on lunch and coffee if you like, give me a SPA DAY!

Highlights is the only one of the whole list I would pay for...the rest of them I do on my own. Why pay for what I can do at home I think?!

I do brazillian bikini wax, leg wax, hair cut, manicure and pedicure at a spa. My time is way too valuable to be doing it myself. It would take hours!

I pay for bikini and pits. My nails both feet and hands I do myself. I am pretty skilled in the french manicure because I have long nails so I just follow the lines.

I would not pay for highlights because my hair naturally highlights itself with the sun, relaxers,and chlorine.So i wouldnt pay for highlights at all!

i would pay for all of them (and have), but i wouldn't pay for a massage - that privilege is left to my boyfriend :) truth be told though, the mani/pedi would only be something i pay for if i am in a super rush and need my nails to look professional for work. otherwise i enjoy doing them on my own.

i like getting pampered but i hate how highlights look so i've never gotten them but i've had lowlights before. i'm still trying to pluck up the courage for a bikini wax. If/when I do get them done, I'll have it done at Bliss or this other Waxing Salon in Beverly Hills which I've heard soo much about (the name escapes me right now but I have it written down at home).

A manicure. I'd mess it up 10 minutes into my workout and completely waste the money. If I could vote for two though, I'd say mani/pedi. My shoes eat toenail polish, my feet are torn up, my hands are torn up from the holds, etc., and just...no. Not worth the money.

I said a bikini wax, only because when I have gotten my eyebrows done I have cried. every time. it just kills. It is beyond embarrassing! I guess I am just too sensitive, so the bikini wax is totally out of the question.

i say Manicure. My nails always look good, and grow a nice lenght. and i don't get those ugly cuticles . . . i rather get a pedicure when i got to the nail shop - i'm also a dancer, so i get blisters on my toes and when i'm not dancing, i'm wearing 4" heels, so i need to make sure i'm corn-free.

i don't do eyebrow waxing anymore- i am an obsessive compulsive tweezer lol so there is nothing to wax. i want to let them grow in to have the waxed and reshaped but i can't not tweeze! i picked facial though because i wouldn't pay money for one- i've used gift certificates in the past. mani and pedi i pay for partly cause its relaxing and partly cause it'd take me too much time to do myself. highlights i def pay for cause i've messed it up before plus my girl is good. though when it comes time to dye it back to "natural" a $12 box of hair dye does me just fine.
