What's Your Most Recent Beauty Blooper?

Earlier this week while getting ready, I accidentally grabbed a blackish-purple eyeliner while filling in my eyebrows. Let's just say the results were quite cartoonish. It was an honest mistake and a true experiment in what not to wear. But what I want to know is this: most of you have mistaken another beauty product for something else, but what's your most recent beauty blooper?

I recently neglected to put eye shadow primer under my green kohl eyeliner... and only until I visited the bathroom in the afternoon did I notice that I had green crescents of fall-out about a quarter-inch high under my eyes! Most horrifying was that I'd been talking to my best friend at work and she never warned me.

A few months back I bleached my hair to lighten it, then ended up not having time to put a more natural color over my bleach job. I wore the bleach out for a day (feeling like an idiot) but I got so many compliments, even from random strangers, that I decided to keep it. Had it about 6 months now, with no intention of going for a more natural shade any time soon... I'm completely in love with it now.

Oh man! I've done a similar mouthwash thing before (instead of witch haze, it was rubbing alcohol) and definitely the eyeliner for lip liner. Melanie...hmm, maybe some extra padding on the smaller side?

In a rush, I mistook my bottle of witch hazel for mouthwash. Not recommended. Trust me.

I accidentally grabbed black eyeliner instead of lip liner... not pretty! Obviously I noticed pretty quickly, though :)

I have a far more serious problem: uneven breasts! It's driving me crazy as i have to always check that I am wearing the right bra or purchasiing the right one. Around Xmas time and birthday time, I make a point of remembering family and friends of the 'problem' so that they don't purchase anything looking like a bra for me! Any advice?

A couple days ago, I forgot to reapply my lip stain to the middle of my lips after a few hours... I looked like I was wearing scary pink lipliner for the whole afternoon.

I usually fill in my eyebrows with a color from the Naked Palette by Urban Decay. I believe the color is called Buck, and right next to it is a very shimmery bronze color. I was in a rush to get ready and accidentally applied the shimmery color to one of my brows. Luckily it wasn't difficult to remove.
