Last night at the Op Celebrity Launch Party, Rumer Willis walked the red carpet with chin-length hair and heavy bangs — a drastic length change from long hair extensions at the MTV Movie Awards. It also appears that she's wearing blue contact lenses (perhaps she took a cue from Paris Hilton)? Below are three different hair lengths on the budding starlet.
