Which Lipstick Do You Prefer on Melora Hardin?

Last night at the 27 Dresses premiere, actress Melora Hardin (aka Jan from The Office) arrived looking stunning in neutral lips and shiny, wavy hair. Back in November, she took a little bit more of a beauty risk at the Media Honors wearing super-bright poppy lips. Which lip look do you like best on Melora?

Lots of people don't realize that although a red lipstick is a great way to draw attention to a beautiful mouth, if not done right it can make you look loads older. Melora looks so much more youthful with the neutral lips.

For sure, neutral! Like what everyone else said, red makes her look scary and in my opinion, it also makes her look a bit old.

Every woman wants to try and wear a red lipstick but it's hard to find the right shade.The shade she has on looks so wrong and to bright.The neutral looks so good on her.I'd hate to see her glass after she takes a drink.

The red doesn't fit her face! I love my lips, I never wear lipstick because as soon as I put on a clear coat of lip gloss or chpastick they look ah-mazing! and better yet they are natrual! The only thing is I can't do the netrual lip trend unless, I get some skin color lipstick!:P

I adore her! Her character on The Office just cracks me up. I think she's gorgeous, she can pull off any color. But I chose neutral as my fave.

I chose the neutral...but i have to say that the red lips really make her blue eyes pop. Still...she looks way more glamourous with the neutral lips and tousled hair. Very pretty.

Red - why not purple, lilac, lavender, pink would look better with the purple dress.

I like the neutral, but I'm wondering if maybe I'd like the red better if it was paired with a less dramatic eye. I'm also not crazy about her hair in the red-lip photo: it keeps drawing my eye. The overall effect is MUCH less flattering than the natural look.
