At the star-studded Topshop opening, the Gossip Girl actress rocked some seriously glossy hot pink lips, steel gray smoky eyes, and wavy locks. And for her appearance at Nylon's 10th anniversary party, she chose to switch it up with softer hair and a deep red, semimatte lip.
