Which Makeup How-To Do You Want to See?

Both Eva Mendes and Katie Holmes looked positively lovely yesterday. Katie was making the rounds to talk about Mad Money, while Eva was in Paris to promote her latest project, Live!. Both women look lovely in different ways: Katie's the sophisticate, while Eva has a pretty/sexy thing going on.

So, for a fun change of pace, let's try something new: Tell me whose look you love, and at the end of the day, I'll post a makeup tutorial for whichever look wins more votes. Call it democracy in action to honor the launch of CitizenSugar!

I agree with bingkaycoy, I think Katie's makeup and hair have made her look way older than she is. I always go for the more youthful look.

I prefer Katie's makeup, but its the same look I wear almost everyday or everytime I go out, there's nothing different or difficult about it. Eva is also kind of casual and she's more my coloring, but I just don't find anything interesting about it.

For right at this moment since it is winter I am LOVING Katies look because it is simple and elegant - especially the eyes! I also love Eva's look for Spring and Summer.

I can't believe that many favored Katie Holmes make-up. Her make-up made her years older. She looked 40 here with this make-up. I like Eva's make-up better because it's natural and semi-nude except that her eyes are accentuated . Her eyes are defined and the rest of the face are kept barely minimum. Unlike the make-up of Katie, which was uneven. Katie Holmes make-up don't even match. Her foundation is too "stark" on her face and look at her neck----there's no foundation there. It's uneven. And the blush makes her too skinny and too reddish as if she was punched in the cheeks.
