Which Makeup Look Is Better on Claire Danes?

Makeup does truly have the ability to transform a person, does it not? At last night's NYC premiere of Confessions of a Shopaholic, Claire Danes' typically lighter locks were just a bit more blond and a few inches shorter. As for her makeup, she went heavy on the liner and wore an apricot shade for her lips. Because of her use and placement of makeup tones, even her eye color looks different. What do you think of this transformation?

The first pic is so much better. I think there's just too much eyeliner in the second one, and it looks like she's had a run-in with a lip plumper, too...

Neither one is all that great. But if I had to choose then I would go with the first pic. Although I do think she needs better lipstick on.

Wow, she changed her look alot. She just got engaged to Hugh Dancy. I don't recognize her right away with the second pic, so I chose the first. She rarely changes her look, so I don't mind her lined eyes. Maybe she's doing something in her career that requires the hair? You never know... I just bought the My So Called Life box set! lmao
