I think the art of nail goes in the person who has the talent to do it manually, do not say that sometimes add extra sets look bad, but a woman with tasks at home or work, with those nails, which could do? I think it is an exaggeration to someone who practices manual activities! not saying that can go wrong is just my opinion!!

Anything creative and showing someone's talent I am behind 100%. This is just like fashion shows and hair shows but just for nails. The real over the top ones, clearly no one is wearing that in day to day life, but I feel that most of those who commented negatively are missing the point. It's showing creativity and design, it's not for the purpose of you getting your nails done like this, it's to show their talent. In hair shows you see women with hair 2-3 feet high on top of their heads, no one is wearing their hair like that but it's appreciated as art, in fashion shows you see Galliano for Dior having shoes that have to be 7-8 inches high, if not higher, no one is wearing those in day to day life, but it's art to be appreciated. Give these technicians the respect they deserve as being artists.

I really like the nails shown. They show and tell allot about a person's creativity, taste and guts. I believe that one expresses them selves in any way they like. we are nobody to judge ones patience and time and most of all if you have the Cash to spend on pricey nails go for it...... I give props to all the artists out their who make these beautiful nail arts happen with out you guys well our nails would be plain and or boring.....

you are all a bunch of fashion illiterate! don't you know a trend when you see it? all you need is Nicole Kidman to be showing up on the red carpet with some toned down and yet still absurd looking nails and it will be all the rage. fashion has nothing to do with beauty or practicality. I mean seriously, gladiator sandles??? I think these nails are cutting edge.

Yeah I wouldn't even want my nails done like this for Halloween. I think it is creative, but not for me.

When I saw the first picture on the BellaSugar Home Page, I thought it was an article on some kind of nail disease. Now that I see what it is, I appreciate the artistry, but I don't think it is very attractive - not for me personally.

I can't even stan long natural nails. I think they're nasty and atracts bacteria. Plus.. this kind of "design" really scream "Ho" Not classy and lot trasy.

Oi. This is art, of course, not life (for the most part) but wow. The red and black ones with the Sakura, I could see the Sakura on a thumbnail, maybe, but that's just because I keep my (naturally awesome) nails shorter. Some are pretty and well-done, and clearly a demonstration of technique more than a style...others are really more just "Let's see how much crap I can glue onto one nail and have it all fit! Well...MOSTLY fit!"
