Moisturizing is the key to plumping up skin and prepping it for makeup. To keep Kate Bosworth looking radiant, makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan applied a calming and replenishing moisturizer — Votre Vou Attentive Crème de Jour For Sensitive Skin ($39). To create a rosy glow, she then used both a powder blush and cream tint. She contoured Kate's cheeks with Nars blush in Zen ($27) as well, and applied Jouer cheek tint in Poppy ($20).
