Shower Tips
- Keep it warm, not hot. It's tough to do in the colder months, but this makes a big difference. The hotter the water the more drying, so dial down the temperature a touch.
- Be sure to also turn off water while using your back brush and washing your body. Not only does this cut down on the steam and heat in the bathroom, but it limits the drying effects of being submerged in water the whole time.
- Cold rinse? Yes, cold rinse! This step tightens pores and gives you a burst of energy before getting out of the shower. No more sleepy wet noodle pouring out of a hot shower.
