Now, let's get a bit nostalgic with Melissa Joan Hart's character from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. To get this look, it's all about a mid-to-late-1990s feel, complete with a Rachel-style wig, a choker necklace with metallic accents, baubled bobby pins, and of course, some sparkling nail polish to mimic the dazzling effects of a magic wand.
