Would You Eat These Collagen Marshmallows?

We've heard about the chocolate that treats acne and the drink that makes you more beautiful, so now what's next? Why, delicious collagen marshmallows (£10, or approximately $14) with pink grapefruit flavor. Vegetarians beware, as this product contains gelatin.

These Japanese collagen "treats," which are not sold in the US, are now available in the UK. The fluffy puffs supposedly work to help your skin look smoother and less wrinkled, even reducing the appearance of cellulite. What's your take on this beauty food? Do you consider it a tasty treat — or just plain nasty?

Yuuk! I will stick to the traditional beauty foods like avocado, dk. chocolate, bananas, flax seed meal, blueberries, goats milk yogurt and carrot root oil.

Having read a few comments alot of food contains gelatin so what's the fuss.I bought some from Home Bargain for a bargain at 25p that's why I tried them and they are nice ,so for that price I thought I'd give them ago but I wouldn't pay £3.99 which is what they are retailing for.Are there any health issues because on their website nothing rang any bells!

Ew. I don't think people realize that gelatin (which is in marshmallows, jello, frosted mini wheats, gummy products, frosted pop-tarts, most yogurts, etc) is derived from the collagen inside animals' skin and bones. So isn't this product similar to regular marshmallows? I just read a little bit more online about them, they sound toxic (high amounts of collagen).

there is no credible scientific evidence to back up this claim, to say nothing of the fact that some people are horribly allergic to collagen. Why would you bother?
