Would You Use Lube For Your Acne?

When it comes to unconventional zit creams, I've put toothpaste, baby powder, and even eggs on my face for a quick fix. But personal lubricant? Um, haven't tried that one. According to a recent story, Cambodian women have been doing just that. Apparently, rubbing the lubricant from Number One Plus condoms works quite well for shrinking pimples. We all know that the Pill can help fight acne, but this is another story. Check out an odd but funny commercial for Number One Plus, and let me know if you'd lube up your acne.

I wish I would have heard about this when I was dealing with acne in high school, I would have tried it. AHAHAHA...that commercial is hilarious tho!

Why not? It's not like it's already been used or anything. I have horrible acne and anything that worked I would use. Where can I get these?

I know it's good to keep blackheads lubricated so they will slip out. I, however, have extremely oily skin so my blackheads never harden. Damn my goopy face :(

Its called facial moisturizer: buy some. Moisturizing even oily skin can help acne so thats probably why this supposedly works. But would I use it? No thanks, i'll stick to things meant for my face:)!

I'd use it. It's not like I'm gonna whip out a bottle of KY in the middle of the store and drizzle it all over my face. C'mon people, it's just lube. :D

Maybe. Viagra didn't start out as a "man's drug". I believe it was used for heart patients(?)initially. So, I guess things can evolve into cures for other issues. I know lots of women use ground up aspirin on their skin to clear acne; who knows what's next?

If it was clinically proven to work well, then I'm sure some company would develop their own brand of it without calling it lube and it would sell much better.

Ok first off, I've never heard of Number One Plus brand condoms. Second, two of my least favorite words: 'lube', 'acne'. :( And third, I wanna make a crack about Cambodia, but I just cant bring myself to do it.
