Are You A Sparse or Spastic Spritzer?

On average, how many times would you say you spritz on your perfume? Generally speaking, I'm a four-shot type of gal.

One spritz goes on each of the insides of my wrists, one goes in the middle of my neck (although I know it's really more effective on the pulse points behind your ears) and the final spritz goes behind my knees to ensure I leave a little of my essence lingering in the air as I walk on by.

What is your fragrance spritzing pattern? Do you spritz sparingly or generously?

2 to 3 times, i spray once on my wrists and rub together and once or twice around my neck, ususally more behind but yet below my ears (side to side) and sometimes i spray around my lady parts just to ensure sexy scents

3 or more. One on my tummy, one on my chest/neck and usually one on my arms or legs depending.

and btw, i've also heard that nonsense about rubbing your wrists together 'crushing' the perfume particles, but i remember not too long ago Allure Magazine did research on this and found it's bogus and pretty much a myth. rubbing perfume molecules can't crush them supposedly. just sayin'.

i spritz twice on my left wrist and then rub it together with my right wrist...then one on my collarbone/chest area. too much perfume is sooooooooo bad, i'm always afraid to be one of those people who gag you when you're stuck in an elevator with them! :D

i layer. i use dior addict lotion on my pulse points (and under my armpits--oh, my secret shame!), and then i spray the EDP in the air and walk into it twice. and i smell fantastic until i go to bed.

I'm reading that alot of girls are rubbing the fragrance between their wrists. This actually breaks down the fragrance and can alter the scent. And perfume in the hair is almost as bad. The oils in your hair change the scent too and besides perfume contains alcohol in it, I can't think of anything more drying. I usually spray perfume on after the shower on the inside bend of my elbows, in my cleavage, and on the back of my neck. If it is a very light fragrance I will also spray behind my ear lobes and on my wrists.

Once on my wrist, I put both wrists together and then I rub my wrists on my neck. Then I spritz one more time into the air and I walk into it. I also spritz onto my hair after I wash and dry it.

i actually flip my hair and spritz once on the nape of my neck and twice into my hair. that way, whenever i flip my hair i get this waft of fragrance

I spritz only once...onto one wrist, press my wrists together, then touch each wrist to one side of my neck. Even with just one spray I sometimes feel like my scent is too strong, but maybe I'm just more aware of it.

I spray each wrist and then the pulse point on the hollow of my neck. I don't overspray but more than anythign I like being able to smell my perfume throughout the day without knocking everyone else out around me. With stronger scents like the rooom permiating Bijan Nude I just spray once because any more and everyone in a mile radius would smell me coming

depends on what scent i am wearing that day. usual spots are the neck, chest, behind the knees, and wrist.

Only one spray for me! I like a little bit of something spicey which is an extreme opposite of my personality. Gives a bit of mystery!!

Three - one on wrist and press gently (not rub as I read a while ago that it can 'damage' the scent), one on decollete and one on the back of my neck.I don't know how that pattern started or why but now I'm locked in it!

I spray on my neck, one spritz on each of the insides of my elbows and sometimes i'll spray in the air and walk through it. If i'm wearing a dress or skirt I also spray on the inside of my knees. If the scent is heavy i'll only spray once on my neck.

Less is definitely more when it comes to perfume. 15% of people are allergic to perfume, and get terrible headaches from it, including me. Heavy perfume is like smoking, and in small places like an elevator, it literally makes me sick. So please, don't wear perfume on buses or planes. Of course, I love perfume, so I use rollerballs to avoid getting it near my eyes and mouth.

one on each wrist, under the ears, middle of the neck, behind the knees, and if I really want my scent to linger one spritz in the middle of my collerbone. :) I'm a spritzaholic I know

I go in spurts (or spritzes)! Some day I forget to put it on; other days I spritz 2 or more times. No consistency here!
