Will You Spend More or Less on Beauty in 2010?

Is the recession anywhere near over? Not if you're measuring spending on beauty. WWD reports that according to one study, women are expected to spend 8.7 percent less on cosmetics in 2010 than they did this year. (Women in the South are less likely to be part of this group, interestingly enough.) Next year, do you think you'll spend less, more, or about the same on cosmetics?
