Let's Be Social: The Week's Stylish Social Media Snaps

This week in the world of social media, it was all about spending time with fashionable friends and sharing sweet snaps along the way.

This week in the world of social media, it was all about spending time with fashionable friends and sharing sweet snaps along the way. Poppy Delevingne and Henry Holland played a game of telephone (with sparkly heels, no less), and Sienna Miller snuggled with her baby girl, Marlowe, during a daytime birthday party. Coco Rocha set sail across the Sydney Harbour as fellow model Bar Refaeli shaded her face from the sun during a beach day. Prabal Gurung posed with his high-profile celebrity pals at his Vogue x MAC Cosmetics event (just imagine being able to call Zoe Saldana and Diane Kruger your friends!), while BFFs Karlie Kloss and Jourdan Dunn hit the kitchen for a cooking segment. Cara Delevingne shared a snap of the "weirdest breakfast ever" — and can you guess which model mom got back to nature with a horseback ride to the beach?

Lauren Conrad may be best known for her starring roles on Laguna Beach and The Hills, but over the years she has proven herself to be quite the triple treat. The blond beauty has blossomed into an author, designer, and beauty guru — not to mention one of our favorite celebrity social media fixtures. What we love most about Lauren's style is how laid-back, put-together, and incredibly accessible it is. She's got a serious knack for fusing high fashion with California beach babe, which is an aesthetic that we can all get behind. From embellished party dresses to glamorous red carpet confections, Lauren's signature style continues to evolve — and she's taught us more than a few styling lessons along the way. So get a pen and grab a seat, then take note of LC's most stylish looks over the years.

Kate Upton graces Vogue's June cover, and in addition to modeling equestrian-chic separates in the accompanying spread, she also does what she's become famous for — showing off her enviable figure in gorgeous swimsuits. Looking every bit the picture-perfect pinup girl in suits from Dolce & Gabbana and Chanel, Kate's high-fashion beach pieces looked impossibly cool when paired with classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers and a tousled updo. Kate nails the modern bombshell look, and we're considering adopting it as our very own this season — starting with a retro-chic swimsuit. Hey, Hot Stuff! See Miley Cyrus's Sexy Red Carpet Evolution

Miley Cyrus is No.

Miley Cyrus is No. 1 on Maxim's annual Hot 100 list, after beating out a roster of sexy stars like Megan Fox, Cameron Diaz, Rihanna, and Beyoncé. She may have gotten her start as Hannah Montana — but judging by her edgy haircut, skin-baring ensembles, and the engagement ring that's (sometimes) on her finger, it's pretty clear that Miss Miley is all grown up. She's gotten progressively more experimental with her style over the past couple of years and has been mixing things up with microminis, strategic cutouts, and dangerously low necklines — not to mention a midriff-baring look or two. To celebrate Miley's hot Maxim news, we're taking a look at 10 of her sexiest red carpet looks so far. Click through now to see them all.

When Harry Met Michelle — Plus the FLOTUS's Most Stylish Moments Yet

Our first lady isn't just a supercool mom and inspiring role model; she's a style maven, too.

Our first lady isn't just a supercool mom and inspiring role model; she's a style maven, too. Michelle Obama is able to jump-start new health- and dance-related initiatives, attend summits and galas around the world with her husband, take her kids to school, and look amazing as she juggles it all. From the custom Jason Wu gown she donned at the president's inaugural ball to casual J.Crew separates, we love her signature style of mixing high and low brands. Her special attention on supporting new, young designers, her disposition toward wearing bright, bold colors, and her knack for showing off those amazingly toned arms are just a few more reasons why we love our FLOTUS's panache. And with yesterday's pretty floral Prabal Gurung sheath (to meet Prince Harry!) supplying our latest round of classic styling inspiration, we're taking a closer look at her best outfits yet.

Get Pumped — Phillip Lim Is Coming to a Target Store Near You

Target announced today that it is collaborating with designer Phillip Lim on an exclusive Fall 2013 collection, slated to hit Target stores on Sept.

Target announced today that it is collaborating with designer Phillip Lim on an exclusive Fall 2013 collection, slated to hit Target stores on Sept. 15. The range will feature over 100 items for both men and women, including apparel, shoes, bags, and travel accessories — all priced between $20-$300. We can also expect the collection to be rooted in a classic autumnal palette, and collaboration line aside, the designer will stick to his signature modern, sophisticated aesthetic. Phillip Lim explained that he's been "intrigued by the idea of a design evolution" since an early age, and is excited at the prospect of creating a collection "that would inspire — one that is cool and chic, but still very accessible." Does that mean we'll see a Pashli look-alike?

In honor of the designer's big collaboration news, we've rounded up some of our favorite 3.1 Phillip Lim runway looks over the years — as well as Target's video sneak peek and your first look at Lim's sketches. Still on Top: Take a Look Back at the Material Girl's History of Trendsetting

Hold on to your (leather) hats: Madonna is being honored as the Top Touring Artist at next week's Billboard Music Awards, thanks to the worldwide success of her recent MDNA tour.

The international superstar, clothing chameleon, and ultimate risk-taker has brought so much good to our lives — and single-handedly ushered in tons of trends since she hit the scene in the early '80s. From Ray-Ban Wayfarers and fingerless lace gloves to cone bras and stacks of rubber bracelets (the original arm party, in our opinion), Madonna has a long history of setting trends and paving the way for fashion freedom — and if her punk-inspired look from Monday's Met Gala is any indication, it doesn't look like she's stopping anytime soon. We're taking a look back at the many trends that Madonna set into motion — click through to see them all now.

Jennifer and Joan Do the Covered-Up Sexy Thing — but Who Got It Right?

Who knew full coverage could be so sexy?

Who knew full coverage could be so sexy? While some of last night's Met Gala attendees opted for microminis and dangerously low necklines, Jennifer Lopez and model Joan Smalls went a different route, both swapping short and sweet for sheer, long, and seriously rocker chic. Joan arrived on the arm of Tom Ford in a black lace gown from the designer's Fall 2013 collection — an ornate creation that left little to the imagination — which she accessorized with a single gold razor blade earring. Jennifer Lopez brought along not one, but two handsome escorts: her boyfriend, Casper Smart, as well as her designer date, Michael Kors. Jennifer's gown boasted a revealing back cutout and sequined giraffe print, and perfectly complemented her famous curves. It's clear that both Jennifer and Joan got the long-sleeved, sheer-gown memo — but which of them got it right?

Rebel, Rebel: 3 Ways to Unleash Your Inner Punk Rocker

How to Wear the Punk Trend

With the Met Gala paying homage to the Punk: Chaos to Couture exhibition, it's no wonder why we've got rock 'n' roll on the brain. Designers like Vivienne Westwood and Jean Paul Gaultier and big-time brands like Balmain and Givenchy all injected a punk-inspired spin into their Spring collections — and while the runway looks can get a little over the top (this is a show, after all), getting in on the trend yourself can be much easier than you think. We like to cull inspiration from the greats — punk pioneers like Debbie Harry, Sid Vicious, Siouxsie Sioux, and The Ramones, who all made superskinny jeans, ripped shirts, cutout dresses, and studded leather de rigueur. To celebrate Monday's big event, we've styled up three punk-inspired outfits that will have you looking like you're straight out of CBGB. Click through to see and shop them now.
