London got a large dose of star power today when the cast of The Hangover hit the red carpet to premiere the third installment of their franchise. Bradley Cooper, Justin Bartha, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Todd Phillips, Ken Jeong, and Heather Graham met up in front of the cameras to pose for pictures and chat among themselves, flashing plenty of smiles along the way. It was their second big event of the week after also bringing the movie to LA on Monday. It looked like Zach was on his best behavior in the UK following his funny antics at the West Coast premiere — Zach hopped into a car trunk before walking the carpet with his formerly homeless friend, Mimi Haist.

Kim Kardashian is currently in Paris with her mom, Kris Jenner, fitting in shopping and fun on her final trip before she's unable to fly anymore. Kim had plenty of travels during her pregnancy, though, and just last month she vacationed with her family in Mykonos. The Grecian getaway was part of filming for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and the whole group took advantage of the trip with water sports, horseback riding, and sightseeing. There was plenty of downtime, too, much of which Kim spent lounging poolside. Kim's expecting her first child with Kanye West in July, and the celebrations for their little girl are about to begin. Kim will be honored with a baby shower, thrown by her mom, sisters Kourtney and Khloé, and friend Shelli Azoff, on May 28 in Beverly Hills. The lavish music-box invitations have already been sent out to guests, including Beyoncé Knowles and Fergie. Instead of gifts, though, Kim and Kanye are asking friends and family to make donations to the Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Leonardo DiCaprio had a busy few days at the Cannes Film Festival last week as he promoted The Great Gatsby. He teamed up with his costars Carey Mulligan, Tobey Maguire, and Isla Fisher for multiple events including the glamorous Gatsby red carpet premiere that opened the festival, but his trip to France wasn't all about work. On Friday, Leo let loose at a nightclub, where he danced with friends, including Lukas Haas, and a few lucky ladies. Leo tried to keep a low profile with his hat on, but he was spotted mingling in the crowd and showing off his moves while also smoking on an electronic cigarette.

He followed up the late-night fun by hanging out on a yacht over the weekend and on Tuesday he made his way back out on the water. Leo and Lukas were joined by a group of guys and girls to lounge on Phillip Green's luxury vessel, where Leo went shirtless and even snapped a picture of himself while smoking a cigar. Later in the evening, Leo took the party indoors to attend jewelry brand de Grisogono's Cannes cocktail party. He was again surrounded by a handful of young, beautiful women while sipping on a glass of champagne. When Leo wasn't chatting up the ladies he worked the rest of the party scene alongside a mystery wing man.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen took advantage of the Spring weather in Boston yesterday when they hit the streets with Vivian, Benjamin, and their pup. Tom and Ben both rode scooters while Gisele carried her youngest child, Vivian, on her chest. Ben took a spill during the ride, but Gisele was quickly on hand to help him up. The Bündchen-Brady family has been stationed in Boston while Tom hits the field for workouts with the Patriots, though he got away from football for an important event last weekend. Tom attended his sister's graduation from Boston University with Gisele, Ben, and Vivian also along to show their support. They have even more to celebrate today, since Gisele landed on Forbes's 2013 list of most powerful women for the second time.

Kristen Stewart appeared to be in a chatty mood when she met up with friends for dinner in LA on Monday night. According to a source on the scene, Kristen and her friends visited an eatery in LA's hip Silverlake neighborhood. She chatted with her group while standing next to a car and our source reports that she "was in a good mood," adding that she was "talking, smiling, very relaxed." Earlier in the day, Kristen was spotted smiling and wearing glasses while riding around in a car with a pal on her way to visit an unexpected confidant — Taylor Swift! Taylor is, of course, no stranger to relationship drama played out in the public eye so perhaps some girl time with the popstar is just what Kristen needed.

Kristen's split from Robert Pattinson was reported over the weekend, and more details emerged yesterday. Things have apparently been "not great" between the couple, and now it looks like Rob even moved out of Kristen's home on Sunday. Rob packed up his truck with luggage, trash bags, and his two dogs and drove out of Kristen's gated community.

Their afternoon getaway comes just ahead of Beyoncé's concert in Montpellier, France, tonight. She'll be back on the stage after a day off following her Saturday performance in Milan. Beyoncé's tour may be keeping her busy, but her personal life is also keeping her in the spotlight. Rumors have been swirling for days about Beyoncé being pregnant with her second child, and both she and Jay-Z have commented on the speculation in separate ways.

Jay-Z reportedly shot down the news, responding "It's not true" to a congratulatory email sent by radio host Ebro. Meanwhile, Beyoncé posted and then removed a cryptic message on her Instagram account over the weekend. The quote said, "I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

Tiger Woods and his girlfriend, Lindsey Vonn, kicked off the week with a relaxing afternoon on the water in Palm Beach. On Tuesday, the duo went boating on Tiger's yacht, Solitude, with his kids, Charlie and Sam. Tiger lounged shirtless while he fished off the side of the vessel, and Lindsey was spotted snapping pictures from the dock in her bikini. The couple are back to Tiger's home base in Florida after traveling to NYC to attend the Met Gala earlier this month. Tiger will be on the go again soon, though, since he's set to host his annual Tiger Jam charity poker tournament in Las Vegas this Friday and Saturday.

Tiger and Lindsey have been going strong since revealing their relationship in March and have showed mutual support for each other publicly. Lindsey's had Tiger by her side as she recovers from the knee injury she sustained during the skiing world championships in Austria in February, and she cheered him on during the Masters last month.

Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder were both in attendance at today's CW upfronts presentation in NYC. Nina and Ian walked the red carpet separately but during the event they shared the same stage even after news of their split was announced earlier this month. They were together for three years, though they became one of the many TV costar couples that couldn't make it work off screen when they called it quits.

David Beckham had a smile on his face as he left the Paris Saint-Germain training facilities in Paris today. It was one of the last times he'll be visiting the field since earlier today he announced his plans to retire at the end of the season. David's been in the soccer spotlight since he was 14, and he'll wrap up his successful career in his final game with PSG later this month. We'll certainly miss seeing David on the field, especially since he had a hot habit of going shirtless. Hopefully this weekend's match will provide one last glimpse at his abs — and a whole lot of cuteness in the stands from his adoring family.
