Any makeup-lover knows that there's no such thing as having too many red lipsticks. Whether there's a pink tint, a purple undertone, or even a warm glow, we can confidently say that no two reds are the same, but boyfriends on Twitter don't seem to agree. Twitter user poeticting got the hilarious debate going when she tweeted a photo of two red Milani lip colors side-by-side and wrote, "Men will deadass tell you these two are the same color."

After one quick glance at these colors, we can see the difference! The one on the left is definitely darker than the shade on the right . . . and she had the evidence to prove it. The woman responded to her original tweet with swatches of the two shades and the names of the colors.

They're literally not the same. pic.twitter.com/QapisRTvwS

But after putting her man to the test, the Twitter user was pleasantly surprised to find her boyfriend noticing the obvious differences between the two shades, seen below.

Men, take note: not all red makeup shades are the same. The Amore Matte Lip Crème ($9) in Striking is clearly darker and warmer than the Amore shade. If your man can tell the difference between the two colors, he's a keeper!
