Kelly Rowland's Makeup Skills Further Prove That She Is, Indeed, a Superwoman

One would think that being a Destiny's Child OG, actress, mother, and entrepreneur would be enough for Kelly Rowland, but the multifaceted artist is also a beauty junkie at heart.

We caught up with Kelly during a launch event for Schick Intuition f.a.b.. She's the latest ambassador for the new razor innovation, which is actually the first of its kind, allowing women to shave safely in both directions (game changer, we know).

When we chatted with Kelly, she raved about Schick's newest release, stressing that today's younger generation of girls is in for a real treat. "Where was this when I was growing up?" she joked. (Seriously, if only we had access to contour sticks, highlighters, and double-sided razors in our teens.)

In addition to teaming up with Schick, Kelly just wrapped up an epic Destiny's Child reunion during Coachella. Over the years of performing alongside members Beyoncé and Michelle, Kelly has learned a lot as a performer, but she's also picked up some makeup artist skills that are seriously good. "I used to do Beyoncé's and Michelle's makeup before going on stage," she revealed.

Kelly also shared that her makeup for the Schick Intuition launch event was courtesy of herself. She created a fiery sunset eye using Nars Matte Eye Shadow in Persia ($26) and Pat McGrath Mothership IV Eye Shadow Palette in Decadence ($125). When asked whose makeup bag she would trade given the opportunity, Kelly didn't hesitate to call out Pat McGrath. "I know her makeup collection is loaded. If you don't have any of her makeup or eye shadows, you're seriously missing out," she said. You heard the woman — go get some Pat McGrath loot! To top it all off, Kelly used her bespoke Eloralane eyelashes to make everything pop.
