Olivia Wilde may turn heads on the red carpet, but it's no secret that the new mom is enjoying all of the hard work that comes along with having a child. We've spotted the 31-year-old sharing the most adorable moments with her 1-year-old son, Otis Alexander Sudeikis, and when we ran into the star at the Revlon Love Is On–Million Dollar Challenge, which donated $4 million to women's health charities, we had to find out how motherhood has changed her beauty routine.

The former House star told reporters, "I don't think I've blow dried my hair in 19 months. Someone else had done it for me occasionally, like today, but that's not a device I use anymore."

That's certainly no surprise, especially since the beauty has not only been juggling motherhood, but also promoting her new holiday film and taking a stance as an empowering activist. "You have less time when you're a working mom." But that's not a problem at all for Wilde. She went on to reveal, "It's great, and I love that I spend more time with my son than looking in a mirror. It just means that I have to simplify my routine even further, and just know what works for me."

So, what exactly has the new mother discovered to always keep on hand? She went on to tell InStyle, "I really love the Revlon Age-Defying CC Cream ($14). It's a tinted moisturizer that has an SPF 30 and provides great coverage and protection all in one product." Sounds like an all around winner for a hot mama like Wilde.
